Recorded during the winter of 2012 in basements and dorm rooms around the beautiful state of Maryland. Here is our music in its rawest form; stripped of all the noise that occupies daily life. For us this album is like looking into a mirror; it's who we are-- nothing more, nothing less.

released January 20, 2012

Written by Colin with some help from Matt - Artwork by Colin, layout by Matt - Engineered by Matt - Mixed by Colin - All tracks performed by Colin Downey, Matt Zorzi, and Alex Lohrmann - Mastered by Nick Noel

Track Name: Light Pollution
Light pollution,
Why you hide the stars?
In the window of every passing car.
All the trees are dead,
Break lights ahead.
Stuck for awhile.

So gather up your sticks,
If you're lucky start a fire.
Pull out your bag of tricks,
'Cause I know that you're a liar.
You may have fooled them all,
But you're not foolin' me.
You're burning up inside,
Restless as the sea.

A cold wind blows,
A wooden door creaks,
Trembling at the hinges,
So shaky at the knees.
Humming on the breeze,
This old tattered door,
Doesn't fully close anymore.
Track Name: Black Sheep
Found in a room, of glass and deception.
Create a heart, that was made of stone.
You can't buy the world, son, it's too late.
Dropped my thoughts, and turned my gaze.

That's just like me, the unfortunate one.
That's just like me, I've only just begun.
I'm better off alone.

Lost my head, in a pagan's dream.
Created something better than me.
You cannot win, until you lose with gold.
What could have been, will never be told.

That's just like me, the unfortunate one.
That's just like me, I've only just begun.
